Job summary

Keenova is seeking a Sr. Specialty Sales Professional for the Memphis area to plan and execute a moderately complex sales cycle.

You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, articulate product and market messaging, and drive adoption of Keenova products across a defined territory. The role requires 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in biopharma, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel (overnight as needed).

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant sales experience preferred in biotech/pharma.
• Proven success in B2B sales and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory business plans and call objectives with minimal guidance.
• Execute calls using approved materials and Keenova messaging.
• Maintain call activity, use samples appropriately, and update plans quarterly.
• Manage administrative tasks: reports, emails, and territory budgets.
• Expand market knowledge and build customer trust through value-driven conversations.
• Attend training and conferences and stay current on products and payer environment.
