Qualifications

• Degree in quantitative field; Masters/MBA preferred.
• 12 years of experience in management consulting or analytics in biopharma.
• Track record selling and delivering client projects.
• Strong healthcare data knowledge and commercial practice in biopharma.
• Experience managing senior client relationships.
• Ability to operate in a matrix, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and shape new business opportunities by aligning analytics with client needs.
• Lead proposal and RFP processes with new clients.
• Support pipeline planning and account growth with cross-functional teams.
• Build long-term client relationships through strategic thinking and value-driven collaboration.
• Provide direction and leadership to clients and delivery teams.
• Oversee development and presentation of client deliverables and present findings.
• Coach and mentor insights team.
