Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant scientific/engineering discipline.
5–7+ years (BS) or 3+ years (MS) in biologics formulation development.
Hands-on experience with monoclonal antibodies or therapeutic proteins.
Familiarity with DSC, DLS, SEC and related analytical methods.
Experience with laboratory automation and high-throughput screening platforms.
Experience with aseptic processing and filling operations.
Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and scientific communication.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute pre-formulation and developability assessments.
Design and conduct formulation and process development studies for sterile injectables and lyophilized products.
Implement and oversee automated workflows to improve efficiency.
Support aseptic filling and small-scale manufacturing for early trials.
Address technical challenges to meet timelines and deliverables.
Analyze data and provide recommendations for formulation decisions.
Document work in ELN and prepare concise technical reports and presentations.
Collaborate with downstream/process development, analytical sciences, and manufacturing teams.
Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and methods.
