Job summary

Elanco, headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Research Scientist in Product Development to advance analytical strategies for biopharmaceutical products. This on-site role partners with process development, formulation, and quality control from early development to commercial launch.

The candidate should hold a PhD in Analytical Chemistry or Biochemistry with hands‑on experience in LC‑MS/MS, HPLC, CE‑SDS, and related protein characterization techniques, and contribute to regulatory

Qualifications

PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
Demonstrated experience with HPLC/CE separations and MS of biomolecules.
Hands‑on protein characterization techniques (LC‑MS/MS, CE‑SDS, Peptide Mapping, intact/subunit MS).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute analytical strategies from development to commercialization.
Perform protein characterization and structural elucidation using LC-MS/MS, CE-SDS, HPLC, and cIEF-MS.
Lead development, validation and transfer of analytical methods to QC/GMS labs.
Author technical reports and regulatory submission sections.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to advance the pipeline.
