Job summary

eClinical Solutions is seeking a Manager, Project Management to lead a team of PM professionals within Biometrics Services, including EDC, data management and biostatistics, ensuring delivery of complex clinical trial initiatives in compliance with PMI practices and regulatory standards.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders to manage starts, timelines and vendor relationships, drive continuous improvement, and maintain client satisfaction while growing repeat business across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience in clinical, biomedical, or software environments preferred.
• 5+ years in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry or equivalent senior consulting role managing large complex clients.
• 3+ years of people leadership preferred.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into operational execution.
• Familiarity with PMI methodologies and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex clinical trial projects, ensuring delivery aligns with protocol requirements and regulatory standards.
• Monitor, mentor, and audit PM performance to ensure PMI-compliant practices and company standards.
• Drive risk management, timeline planning, and cross-functional coordination across EDC, IRT, CROs, sponsors, and biostatistics teams.
• Foster client satisfaction and repeat business through proactive issue management and transparent communication.
• Collaborate with Biometrics leaders and delivery teams to scale operations and improve delivery models.
