Job summary

eClinical Solutions seeks a Director, Biometrics Business Strategy to lead revenue growth and strategic partnerships across biometrics services including biostatistics, programming, data management, and analytics. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MS/PhD/MBA preferred.
5+ years in data management, life sciences, technology, or pharma/biotech.
Proven success selling biometrics services and closing large, multi-year contracts.
Strong executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Existing network within biotech/pharma biometrics preferred.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the biometrics business development strategy to achieve revenue targets.
Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities across biotech and pharma.
Drive complex deal pursuits including end-to-end and FSP models.
Build and manage pipeline with CRM inputs for forecasting and reporting.
Serve as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with accounts to support expansion.
Lead executive-level presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with biometrics, delivery, and product leadership to align offerings with market needs.
Monitor industry trends to inform strategy.
