Qualifications

5+ years of combined data management, life sciences, technology, business development in pharma/biotech or CROs.
Proven success selling biometrics services (biostatistics, data management, analytics).
Ability to close large, complex multi-year contracts.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the biometrics business development strategy to achieve revenue targets.
Identify, qualify, and close opportunities across biotech and pharma using industry connections.
Lead executive-level presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with biometrics, delivery, and product leadership to align offerings with market needs.
