Job summary

ZS is seeking a Tech Project Delivery Manager to lead a high-velocity team focused on Biometrics and Clinical Data. You will own the end-to-end SDLC for R&D programs, recruit and manage a talented team, and act as a liaison between stakeholders and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in technology delivery within a consulting setting. This position also emphasizes strong communication skills and the capacity to manage complex client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years leading technology programs in a consulting environment, owning scope and delivery outcomes.
• 8+ years leading teams through full SDLC, managing delivery risk and architectural trade-offs.
• 8+ years in Life Sciences R&D with knowledge of Clinical Data Standards and Biometrics platforms.
• Strong communication and influence skills to engage with technical teams and present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end SDLC for high-impact R&D technology programs.
• Recruit, coach, and manage a specialized team of technologists.
• Act as a liaison between senior stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Lead offshore-first delivery in a global model and manage risks.
• Serve as a trusted delivery partner guiding clients on clinical data strategy.
