Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day workload, assignments, priorities, and coverage across facilities and shifts.
• Serve as senior technical resource for complex equipment, providing advanced troubleshooting and support.
• Monitor performance: maintenance, service backlog, urgent requests, and resource use; report to management.
