Ardena in Somerset, New Jersey is seeking a Senior Technician in Bioanalytics to perform bioanalysis and validation work. The role requires independent task execution, coordination of studies, and coaching of technicians within the Bioanalytics department.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of regulated laboratory experience, fluent English, and familiarity with GLP/GxP. The position emphasizes problem solving, compliance, and readiness to train others in Ardena processes.

Qualifications

• Medium or high professional level of laboratory related education (MBO/HBO).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment (GLP/GxP preferred).
• Fluent in English (verbal and written); Dutch is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of bioanalysis or validation studies.
• Involved in training new employees.
• Can be a System Manager of laboratory equipment.
• Performs transfers/method development under supervision of a Scientist.
• Can be involved in the implementation of new equipment.
