Job summary

Ardena, Somerset, NJ, is hiring a Pharmaceutical Technician I to join the Operations team. This role supports pharmaceutical development and manufacturing activities within a GMP‑regulated environment.

You will collaborate with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Project Management, Production, and other Ardena sites across Europe and the US. The position requires a High School Diploma and 2+ years in GMP‑regulated manufacturing, with expertise in Solid Dose processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with oral solid dosage processes (milling, blending, granulation, compression, coating).
• Expert in at least one manufacturing discipline.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dispensing, milling, blending, granulation, coating, and compression equipment.
• Prepare and label raw materials and ensure accurate lot records.
• Follow SOPs, cGMPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and complete required GMP documentation.
• Collaborate with QA, Regulatory Affairs, Project Management, and Production.
