Job summary

Ardena in Somerset, New Jersey is seeking a Senior Technician in Bioanalytics to perform bioanalysis and validation work. The role requires independent task execution, coordination of studies, and coaching of technicians within the Bioanalytics department.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of regulated laboratory experience, fluent English, and familiarity with GLP/GxP. The position emphasizes problem solving, compliance, and readiness to train others in Ardena processes.

Qualifications

• Medium or high professional level of laboratory related education (MBO/HBO).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment (GLP/GxP preferred).
• Fluent in English (verbal and written); Dutch is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ardena provides integrated services spanning drug substance development, drug product formulation, GMP manufacturing, bioanalytical services, clinical logistics, fill and finish, and CMC regulatory support.

Job Overview

Position: Senior Technician

Department: Bioanalytics

Location: Somerset (US)

The Senior Technician performs all tasks focused on bioanalysis and validation studies. The Senior technician is able to independently execute their tasks and is involved in coordinating and coaching technicians. The Senior technician is described as a practical problem solver and has extensive knowledge of Ardena processes.

• Can be a System Manager of laboratory equipment
• Performs transfers/method development under supervision of an (Associate) Scientist
• Can be involved in the implementation of new equipment
