Ardena in Somerset (US) seeks a Senior Technician in Bioanalytics to perform and coordinate bioanalysis and validation studies. You will collaborate with scientists, training new technicians and managing lab equipment as needed.
You will contribute to method development under supervision, ensure compliance with GLP/GxP, and support implementation of new equipment within a fast-paced, global CDMO/CRO environment.

Ardena provides integrated services spanning drug substance development, drug product formulation, GMP manufacturing, bioanalytical services, clinical logistics, fill and finish, and CMC regulatory support.

The Senior Technician performs all tasks focused on bioanalysis and validation studies. The Senior technician is able to independently execute their tasks and is involved in coordinating and coaching technicians. The Senior technician is described as a practical problem solver and has extensive knowledge of Ardena processes.

Required qualifications*
1–3 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment (GLP/GxP preferred)

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
