Job summary

Ardena in Somerset (US) seeks a Senior Technician in Bioanalytics to perform and coordinate bioanalysis and validation studies. You will collaborate with scientists, training new technicians and managing lab equipment as needed.

You will contribute to method development under supervision, ensure compliance with GLP/GxP, and support implementation of new equipment within a fast-paced, global CDMO/CRO environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment (GLP/GxP preferred).
• Fluent in English (verbal and written); Dutch a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may suffice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of bioanalysis or validation studies.
• Train new employees.
• Serve as System Manager of laboratory equipment.
• Perform transfers/method development under supervision of an (Associate) Scientist.
• Assist in the implementation of new equipment.
