Job summary

QPS, LLC in Newark, Delaware is seeking a Research Scientist to lead bioanalytical studies in a fast-paced GBA unit. You will manage multiple LC-MS/MS–based projects, interpret data, and report findings while contributing to method development and validation efforts.

The role requires an advanced degree in Analytical Chemistry (or related) and hands-on LC-MS/MS experience, with CRO exposure preferred. 100% on-site at our Newark facility offering growth and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Requires LC-MS/MS experience for bioanalytical studies.
• Experience with method development for bioanalytical assays.
• Familiarity with experimental design and data analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Principal Investigator on Bioanalytical studies and manage studies end-to-end.
• Interpret and report study data with team members; assist in method validation.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff; develop LC/MS/MS assays for TK/PK assessment.
• Ensure GLP compliance and SOP adherence across activities.
• Coordinate with clients and internal resources to plan, design and conduct studies.
