Job summary

QPS, LLC in Newark, Delaware, seeks a Post Doctorate Scientist for its Bioanalytical (GBA) department. This full-time, two-year temporary role focuses on developing and validating LC-MS/MS assays for TK/PK/biomarker assessment under GLP conditions.

The successful candidate will independently manage method development, review study protocols, evaluate data, and prepare study summaries while maintaining regulatory compliance and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. required with hands-on MS experience.
• Experience with method development and validation.
• Knowledge of GLP regulations and bioanalytical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage method development/validation studies.
• Prepare and review study protocols and reports.
• Evaluate data and report findings.
• Set up, maintain LC–MS/MS instrumentation and workflows.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and QA documentation.
• Maintain project timelines and study schedules.
• Develop and run TK/PK/biomarker LC–MS/MS assays.
• Follow GLP SOPs in all activities.
