Job summary

Lilly’s Bioanalytical Research Group (BAR) in Louisville, CO seeks a scientist skilled in small molecule mass spectrometry to advance bioanalysis of radioligand therapeutics (RLTs). You will develop LC-MS/MS methods and quantify small molecule drugs from in vitro and in vivo samples.

Collaborate with ADME project leaders to support fast-paced drug discovery, maintain instruments, and drive SAR/PK studies while expanding to large molecules such as ADCs.

Responsibilities

• Develop LC-MS/MS methods for small molecules.
• Quantify small molecule drugs from in vitro and in vivo samples.
• Maintain and operate LC-MS instruments.
