Job summary

Eagle Electrical Services, an EMCOR Company, seeks a Senior BIM/VDC Coordinator for Plain City, OH. You will lead 2D/3D coordination modeling efforts and develop shop drawings, collaborating with the project management team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires progressive BIM/VDC experience, strong leadership of a small team, and proficiency with BIM 360 Glue or similar tools, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years BIM/VDC coordination experience when Journeyman electrician, or 6+ years if not a Journeyman; 1+ year leadership of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Review 3D electrical drawings for field installations and coordination with other trades.
• Participate in coordination meetings to resolve clashes while maintaining budget and NEC code.
• Prepare RFIs and follow-up responses for design clarification.
• Read architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
• Coordinate with engineer of record and project management to resolve issues and provide adjustments.
• Travel to project sites as required.
• Support BIM/VDC Manager and back up as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
