Job summary

Harris Company is seeking a Senior Virtual Design Modeler to work remotely in the United States. You will produce detailed BIM models and constructible drawings up to LOD 400, coordinate across disciplines, and lead modeling efforts for walk-through videos.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in drafting/design for construction, strong Revit/AutoCAD/Navisworks skills, and a proactive approach to BIM/VDC processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of drafting/design experience in construction.
• Knowledge of HVAC, piping, and duct systems.
• Proficiency in BIM tools and related software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D BIM models up to LOD 400 for design delivery.
• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams and BIM-VDC processes.
• Produce constructible design drawings and handover-ready models.
• Lead modeling efforts for walk-through videos and simulations.
• Integrate BIM with other software tools as required.
