Harris is seeking an experienced BIM/VDC Designer to support A/E design teams in Arlington, VA. The role emphasizes creating constructible design drawings and coordinating multi-disciplinary BIM/VDC workflows to ensure efficient project delivery.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience with Revit and related Autodesk tools, and can develop 3D models up to an LOD 400 for handover to construction and fabrication teams.
Work effectively and collaboratively with all team members, using digital informational tools to assist the Associate Architect in facilitating an efficient design process; optimizing the coordination of multi-discipline challenges and enhancing successful design. Produce detailed constructible design-drawings that support the delivery of complex design projects with BIM and other tools, typically up to an LOD of 400.
