Job summary
Harris is seeking an experienced Associate Architect with strong BIM/VDC capabilities to drive design modeling and multidisciplinary coordination on complex projects. You will develop detailed 3D BIM models up to LOD 400 and lead BIM/VC efforts from planning through handover, ensuring seamless information flow across teams.
The role requires extensive experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication, and Navisworks, along with effective collaboration across disciplines to optimize design,
Qualifications
- 8+ years drafting/design in the construction industry or via school projects.
- Proficient with BIM tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication, and Navisworks.
Responsibilities
- Develop 3D BIM models up to an LOD 400 for construction handover.
- Lead modeling efforts for production of walkthrough videos.
- Coordinate BIM/VDC activities to optimize information flow and model setup.
- Set up drawing packages and ensure BIM processes align with project requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to overlay systems and resolve clashes.
