Job summary

Performance Contracting, Inc. (PCI) is seeking an experienced Design Engineer for its PCI Philadelphia 596 operations based in Exton, PA. The role focuses on BIM/VDC modeling, coordination, and delivery of complex design content using Revit and Navisworks.

You will collaborate with the Design and Operations teams, verify model integrity, and maintain project content in line with PCI standards. A portfolio demonstrating Revit work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline preferred.
• 4+ years BIM (Revit)/VDC modeling and coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 Design/Glue.
• Portfolio demonstrating work in Revit and Revit Family Editor.
• Experience with Bluebeam PDF Software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and model BIM scopes using Revit for interior and exterior components.
• Coordinate with BIM Coordinator and Design/Operations Team to resolve issues.
• Perform BIM compliance checks and clash detection using Navisworks.
• QC models against project documents and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain project content to align with BIM standards and procedures.
