Job summary

Insight Global seeks an experienced BIM Coordinator to support a large-scale, hyper-scale manufacturing project in Boise, Idaho. You will be the technical BIM resource in the field, coordinating models, running clash detection with Navisworks, maintaining BIM standards, and ensuring model information supports field installation.

You will work closely with construction, engineering, design, and trades to resolve issues and keep BIM documentation organized for the duration of construction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of BIM or VDC coordination experience.
• Expert-level Navisworks experience, including clash detection reports.
• Experience on large industrial or complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of multidisciplinary model management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical BIM/VDC resource within the field office.
• Set up and maintain project BIM standards, models, and libraries.
• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines and trades.
• Use Navisworks to perform clash detection and generate reports.
• Lead or support clash coordination and resolution with project teams.
• Coordinate and manage model families throughout the project.
• Review models for accurate construction geometry and field clarity.
• Collaborate with construction, engineering, design, and trades to resolve issues.
• Maintain organized BIM documentation throughout construction.
