Job summary

Micron Technology seeks an experienced BIM/VDC professional to lead design and construction modeling for high-tech facilities in Boise and other sites. You will monitor design firms, validate BIM deliverables, and ensure alignment with project timelines and Micron standards.

You will mentor staff, perform clash detection, and use ACC/Procore with Revit and AutoCAD to maintain BIM/VDC workflows across multiple high-tech construction projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in the BIM/VDC industry.
• Solid understanding of BIM/VDC workflows and Navisworks functionality.
• Familiarity with Autodesk software and CDE platforms (ACC).
• Experience with high-tech facilities/design-build projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor third-party design/construction firms for multi-disciplinary BIM models.
• Validate BIM work, clash detection, metadata, LOD, and file turnover expectations.
• Collaborate with external BIM teams to align with project timelines and requirements.
• Provide Navisworks mentorship and perform clash detection to support staff.
