Descrizione del lavoro

RTM Engineering Consultants seeks a BIM Technician Level 2 to model and coordinate complex 3D structural projects. You will own major portions of the BIM workflow, produce construction-ready drawings, and guide junior staff across multiple disciplines.

You should have 3–5 years of BIM production experience, strong Revit/AutoCAD skills, and familiarity with Navisworks and ACC/BIM 360. A collaborative, fast-paced environment awaits with strong growth opportunities.

Competenze

Associate's degree or technical diploma in BIM/CAD Technology, Architecture, or related field.
3-5 years BIM production experience in structural/MEP or AEC consulting.

Mansioni

Develop and manage complex 3D structural models across multiple active projects.
Produce complete drawing packages with plans, sections, details, and schedules.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and specialists to resolve clashes.
Enforce BIM standards, BEPs, and client requirements.
Guide junior staff and onboard new team members to workflows.
