Job summary

S2N Technology Group is seeking an senior BIM coordinator to drive model execution and BIM strategy for high-profile projects in the DMV area. You will lead multi-trade coordination, develop standard workflows, and advance digital delivery across architectural, MEP, and structural teams.

The role requires advanced Revit expertise, cloud platform proficiency (ACC/BIM 360), and a track record of mentoring staff to ensure delivery excellence on complex facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with extensive professional practice as a BIM coordinator.
Ability to lead BIM strategy, modeling guidelines, and multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong Revit expertise and experience with cloud platforms for model management.

Responsibilities

Lead BIM strategy, modeling standards, and digital delivery workflows.
Develop high-quality Revit models from schematic to construction docs for large projects.
Produce drawing packages, details, and schedules with QA/QC checks.
Coordinate across architectural, MEP, structural, and civil models to resolve clashes.
Integrate computational design, automation, and AI tools into production workflows.
Mentor technical staff to maintain delivery excellence.
