Job summary

Syska Hennessy Group in Charlotte, NC seeks a BIM Technician IV - Senior BIM Technician with 7+ years in CAD/BIM for MEP projects. You will draft, edit, and coordinate BIM plans using AutoCAD and Revit, support template creation, and prepare client submissions in a collaborative environment.

You will review models for coordination, assist engineers, and ensure drawings meet guidelines and standards while working a flexible hybrid schedule in a dynamic, globally engaging firm.

Qualifications

• 7+ years with an MEP firm in CAD/BIM role.
• Ability to read floor plans, sections, elevations.
• Experience with multiple file formats and redlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft, convert, produce, edit CAD/BIM plans and drawings.
• Draft/generate redlines from redlined drawings in AutoCAD/Revit.
• Support BIM manager with Revit templates and staff training.
• Prepare projects for client submissions and coordination reviews.
• Review BIM models for coordination using Revit and Navisworks.
• Manage Revit files and project documentation.
