Job summary

Company is seeking an experienced Senior BIM Mechanical Engineer in the United States. You will leverage Autodesk Revit MEP to test and validate BIM software, provide technical support, and deliver training while collaborating with Product, Development, and QA teams to improve software quality and user experience.

You will test BIM workflows, ensure alignment with Revit standards, and contribute to training materials and customer onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 7 years of professional Mechanical Engineering experience with strong BIM focus.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, workflows, standards, and coordination processes.
• Familiarity with Revit Families, templates, and project standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional and technical testing of BIM software to ensure accuracy, reliability, and quality.

• Identify, document, and report software defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.

In this role, you will leverage your engineering knowledge and Autodesk Revit MEP expertise to test and validate engineering software, provide technical support, deliver customer training, and collaborate with Product, Development, and QA teams to improve software quality and functionality.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Fire Protection design and knowledge of NFPA standards.

• Experience in software testing, validation, or quality assurance for engineering software.

• Previous experience in technical support, product demonstrations, or customer training.

• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, or Dynamo.

• Relevant Autodesk Revit MEP, BIM Professional, BIM Coordinator, or BIM Manager certifications.
