Job summary

Citrine LLC is seeking a skilled BIM Designer to develop, coordinate, and maintain BIM deliverables across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects in the Denver area. You will work closely with electrical/MEP teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated drawings and documentation using Autodesk Revit.

The role emphasizes BIM standards, coordination practices, and ongoing model management. Hybrid work is available near Lakewood, CO, with occasional travel and potential remote options for

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain BIM models and drawings with Revit for multidisciplinary coordination.
• Prepare electrical construction documents including power and lighting layouts.
• Support BIM standards, model organization, and QA/QC.
• Coordinate model updates across project phases.
• Assist clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
• Produce construction documents and drawing sets per standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, contractors, and PMs.
• Travel for site visits when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM model across architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
• Produce and maintain Revit models and drawings.
