Job summary

Jones Studio in Tempe is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead development, coordination, and ongoing improvement of BIM standards, workflows, and digital project delivery across the practice. The role requires 5+ years in architecture or BIM management, a degree in a related field, and advanced Revit expertise, plus experience with BIM execution plans, model coordination, and cloud collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in architecture or BIM management with complex projects.
• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Advanced Revit expertise including families, templates, schedules, and performance.
• Experience developing BIM standards, templates, and libraries.
• Experience leading BIM Execution Plans and modeling standards.
• Strong understanding of project delivery, coordination, and information requirements.
• Experience with model coordination, clash detection, QA/QC.
• Experience with cloud collaboration tools (Forma, etc.).
• Knowledge of COBie data exchange and data validation.
• Strong teaching and mentorship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and ongoing improvement of BIM standards and workflows.
• Coordinate BIM delivery across the practice.
• Mentor staff with varying BIM proficiency.
• Collaborate with project architects, managers, designers, consultants, contractors, clients, and leadership.
• Oversee model coordination, health checks, and QA/QC.
