Qualifications

• 8+ years in BIM, VDC, or related field.
• Experience leading BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Proficiency with Revit for BIM modeling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee digital project management strategy across activities and projects.
• Lead BIM coordination and support the digital delivery strategy.
• Develop digital delivery standards, processes, and tools.
• Provide fabrication models to construction teams for design-build.
• QA/QC across the project life cycle for digital delivery scopes.
• Lead model presentations for clients and VR simulations.
