Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior BIM Manager for Data Centers to lead BIM standards, production oversight, and model coordination across the U.S. This remote role requires hands-on Revit support, automation, and QA to ensure high quality deliverables for complex data center projects.

You will drive BIM standardization, coordinate across teams, and advance automation initiatives, while managing offshore teams and ensuring accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience; 2+ years leading multidisciplinary BIM work
• 8+ years in BIM environments with experience enforcing standards; data center experience preferred
• Hands-on Revit skills for multidisciplinary modeling and corrections
• Experience managing offshore teams and ensuring accountability
• Knowledge of industry standards and BIM frameworks, including ISO 19650
• Expertise in automation and process improvement tools such as Dynamo and Revit API

For our client, we are seeking a Senior BIM Manager, Data Centers - Remote (U.S.) to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead BIM standards, production oversight, and model coordination for complex data center projects across the U.S. You will partner closely with project teams to keep deliverables aligned with scope, schedule, and quality expectations. The position also calls for hands‑on technical support, process improvement, and automation that strengthens multidisciplinary coordination and QA performance in a fast‑paced environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring BIM execution is consistent, efficient, and responsive to client needs.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
