Job summary

Clear. is seeking a BIM Engineer to support design, coordination and delivery of complex data center projects. You will develop and maintain BIM models, create detailed Revit models and construction documents, and coordinate MEP, structural and architectural models.

Role requires experience in data centers or mission-critical environments, knowledge of ACC/BIM 360, and strong communication to drive issue resolution and field coordination.

• Professional BIM experience in data centers or mission-critical environments.
• Experience with MEP coordination and clash detection.
• Familiarity with ACC / BIM 360 and construction drawings.

I’m currently working with a rapidly growing organization delivering large-scale AI and hyperscale data center infrastructure across the US.

They’re looking for a BIM Engineer to support the design, coordination and delivery of complex data center projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of BIM, engineering, construction and mission-critical infrastructure.

The role:

• Develop and maintain BIM models for large-scale data center projects
• Create and manage detailed Revit models and construction documentation
• Coordinate MEP, structural and architectural models
• Use Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination
• Work closely with engineering, construction and project teams
• Identify and resolve design and coordination issues before they reach the field
• Support BIM coordination meetings and maintain model standards
• Manage model updates throughout the project lifecycle
• Work with Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 and other BIM platforms
• Support digital construction, prefabrication and field coordination initiatives

What they’re looking for:

• Professional BIM experience within data centers, mission-critical or complex MEP environments
• Experience with MEP coordination and clash detection
• Experience with ACC / BIM 360
• Understanding of construction drawings, models and project documentation
• Experience working with large, complex construction projects
• Dynamo, scripting or automation experience is a plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills
