HMC Architects, an employee-owned design firm, seeks a BIM Manager in Seattle to lead BIM strategies across projects and studios. You will establish BIM standards, oversee model quality, and mentor teams while supporting cloud collaboration and data‑driven design.

This hybrid role offers flexible hours and a path to ownership. Qualified candidates have 5–8 years in the AEC industry, strong Autodesk tools proficiency, and a background in training and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Architecture/Engineering/IT or related field.
• 5–8 years in the AEC industry with understanding of all project phases.
• Minimum 5 years managing BIM workflows across full project lifecycles.
• Strong design and technical background with training program delivery.
• Expert-level proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit; Revit API knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support BIM execution planning and provide technical leadership.
• Mentor Project BIM Leads and enforce BIM standards and workflows.
• Perform regular model audits and ensure interoperability across projects.
• Develop and manage digital assets, detail libraries, and content.
• Lead BIM training programs firmwide and drive data-driven design initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to identify BIM and technology opportunities.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
