Job summary

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial construction, with BIM or LEED AP exposure preferred. You will coordinate teams, manage trade contracts, and drive project execution to meet budgets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
• Experience with BIM or LEED AP preferred.
• Strong leadership, proactive mindset, and collaboration with clients, designers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project personnel and resources from preconstruction through completion.
• Support preconstruction efforts to ensure project success.
• Oversee project lifecycle, schedule, cost control, and change management.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Project Executive Plan and procurement processes.
• Lead project meetings and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure quality assurance and site logistics plan with the Superintendent.
