Job summary

HMC Architects seeks a BIM Manager to lead BIM strategy, standards, and training from our San Jose office. You will drive model quality, interoperability, and data-rich workflows across project teams in a hybrid work setup.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in AEC, expert Revit/ACC skills, and a talent for mentoring and training while collaborating with leadership to push design technology forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years in the AEC industry with BIM workflows across full lifecycles.
• Expert Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud proficiency; BIM leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM execution planning and maintain model quality control.
• Mentor Project BIM Leads and standardize BIM workflows.
• Perform model audits and ensure interoperability across projects.
• Develop digital assets, libraries, and content for delivery.
• Advance data-rich models for automation, simulation, and AI workflows.
• Manage software deployments, licensing, and cloud platforms like ACC.
• Design and deliver training programs and evaluate new tools.
