Job summary

CMTA, Inc. seeks a Senior BIM Coordinator for its New York City office. You will draft, convert, and edit BIM/CAD drawings, manage templates and BEP, and drive BIM standards. You’ll lead multi-discipline coordination, support project teams, and help recruit BIM talent.

The role emphasizes innovative digital design, collaboration, and adherence to industry codes while advancing AMA-grade BIM practices within CMTA’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience using BIM-related software (Revit/AutoCAD)
• Strong proficiency in BIM software and standards
• Experience with BIM coordination in multi-discipline projects

Responsibilities

• Draft, convert, produce, and edit BIM/CAD drawings and related products
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of BIM models per timelines and standards
• Coordinate with engineers and teams to optimize workflows and support decision-making
• Develop BIM documentation including BEP, templates, and QA/QC procedures
• Participate in recruitment and hiring for the BIM team
