Qualifications

• 5 – 7 years of experience using BIM-related software.

Responsibilities

• Draft, convert, produce, and edit plans for drawings and CAD/BIM generated products.
• Work with project engineers in various market sectors.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards in BIM activities.

Skills

BIM software proficiency (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks)

3D Revit MEP modeling

Parametric design and coding skills in Revit Dynamo Script

Data management and collaboration tools (BIM 360)

Strong analytical and leadership skills

Education

Associates or Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC)
