Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in Revit and 7+ years in drafting/design, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement: 2 days onsite within a 50‑mile radius of Pittsburgh, PA, and collaboration across stakeholders on design through detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Revit experience.
• 7+ years of drafting/design experience preferred.
• Ability to lead small teams and own deliverables.
• Strong coordination across disciplines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce complete, accurate, coordinated drawing sets with full ownership of quality, schedule, and delivery.
• Lead small teams (3–12 designers) and manage workload, monitor progress, and coordinate across disciplines.
• Collaborate across stakeholders to ensure integrated design and timely delivery.
• Utilize tools as part of the workflow: Revit (primary tool), Bluebeam, and Navisworks; sketching and 3D modeling are part of the process.
• Participate in global coordination when applicable.
