Job summary

BL Companies Inc. is seeking an Architectural Designer to support the production of technical designs and construction documents. You will collaborate closely with MEP and structural teams to ensure project accuracy and regulatory compliance.

With 5+ years in commercial architecture and Revit proficiency, you will lead schematic design, space planning, and the coordination of architectural, MEP, and structural elements while mentoring junior staff in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial architecture project production.
• Proficiency in Revit and construction documentation.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction documents based on prototype design templates and project requirements.
• Coordinate MEP and structural elements into architectural designs.
• Lead space planning and schematic design efforts to meet client specs and budgets.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance.
