Job summary

LBE, Inc. is seeking a full-time BIM Manager with 10+ years of experience in an architectural or engineering setting to lead design through construction documents using Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil3D.

Responsibilities include establishing BIM standards, performing quality reviews, creating BIM content, and supervising BIM Coordinators on federal, commercial, and industrial projects.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking are essential to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in engineering/architecture or drafting.
• Strong knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with PC management and Microsoft Office.
• Clear verbal and written communication and attention to detail.
• Advanced Revit modeling including creating families and settings.
• Experience with project setup and Architectural/Structural/MEP development in Revit.
• Eligible for U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist design through construction documents using Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil3D.
• Conduct drafting-based quality control reviews at major milestones.
• Develop and implement BIM standards, processes, and workflows.
• Provide BIM support and technical assistance to the team.
• Create BIM content, templates, and submission checklists.
• Generate BIM models to LOD 500.
• Supervise BIM Coordinators and staff.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
