Job summary

WSP is seeking a BIM Project Leader to support the Federal Programs Team. The role involves providing high-level BIM/CADD support, ensuring deliverables meet contract requirements, and guiding BIM execution across multi-site projects with strong QA/QC standards.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of BIM experience, expertise in Revit and related tools, and strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
• 10+ years of post-education BIM experience.
• Experience with federal, state, and private sector projects.
• Proficiency with Autodesk BIM tools (e.g., Revit) and related CAD standards.
• Strong QA/QC processes and design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM implementation and drafting with architects and PMs.
• Oversee BIM documentation quality and accuracy.
• Develop BIM execution plans with project manager.
• Train staff and manage clash detection and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and maintain digital model library.
