HITT Contracting in El Segundo, CA, is seeking a Virtual Construction Senior Associate to lead BIM coordination on complex commercial projects. You will manage federated models, run clash detection, and guide design teams and trade partners with clarity and professionalism.

The role requires Revit, Navisworks, Revizto proficiency, experience with laser scanning, reality capture, and 4D scheduling. You will mentor junior staff, contribute to VDC playbooks, and ensure deliverables meet HITT's

You'll create federated models integrating architectural, structural, MEP, and specialty contractor models; run clash detection processes from initial integration through final resolution; and guide subcontractors and design teams through coordination with clarity and professionalism.In this role, you will be responsible for leading the BIM coordination process on complex commercial construction projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between design teams and trade partners. Working closely with Project Managers, Virtual Construction leadership, and external stakeholders, you will help drive project success through comprehensive model-based coordination and resolution strategies.Position OverviewThe Virtual Construction Senior Associate will lead BIM coordination efforts on complex commercial construction projects, serving as the central point of contact for federated model management and clash detection workflows.
