Titan Electric is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to serve as the primary BIM resource on assigned projects, supporting coordination from preconstruction through closeout. You will collaborate with project managers, field teams, and trade partners to deliver constructible models and accurate installation drawings.

This role emphasizes Revit modeling, clash detection, multi-trade coordination, and ACC-based documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BIM, VDC, or related modeling experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining coordinated Revit models throughout construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, model coordination, and clash detection.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate electrical BIM models in Revit.
• Perform clash detection and participate in multi-trade coordination meetings.
• Produce coordinated installation drawings and model-based construction documentation.
• Support prefabrication initiatives through accurate modeling and documentation.
• Mentor BIM Technicians and promote best practices across the BIM team.
