Job summary

Titan Electric is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to lead the coordination of electrical BIM models from preconstruction through closeout. You will develop and maintain Revit models, run clash detections, and support multi-trade coordination meetings to drive constructive project outcomes.

In collaboration with project managers, superintendents, and field teams, you will ensure model quality, compliance with Titan BIM standards, and alignment of deliverables with schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BIM, VDC, or related modeling experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining coordinated Revit models throughout construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, model coordination, and clash detection.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate electrical BIM models in Revit.
• Perform clash detection and participate in multi-trade coordination meetings.
• Identify and resolve coordination issues before construction.
• Coordinate model updates from RFIs, design revisions, and field changes.
• Produce installation drawings, shop drawings, and model-based documentation.
• Maintain project views, schedules, sheets, and model deliverables.
• Support prefabrication through accurate modeling.
• Ensure compliance with Titan BIM standards.
• Partner with Project Managers and field teams to align BIM deliverables with schedules.
• Conduct constructability reviews to improve efficiency.
• Assist with as-built models and closeout docs.
• Mentor BIM Technicians and promote best practices.
