• Preference for prior experience with Tyler MUNIS or municipal billing departments.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative functions of billing operations and timely processing of related tasks.
• Coordinate utility billing cycles and payments with City departments.
• Lead the Finance Customer Success team including recruitment and performance evaluations.
• Maintain billing information systems and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
• Provide excellent customer service to billing customers and manage inquiries.
