Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or related field with required years of experience specified.
• Experience with private equity investment knowledge and complex fund investing strategies in a multinational financial services company.
• Ability to review syndicate expenses and provide reporting to senior management using MS Office, Tableau, and Oracle apps.

Responsibilities

• Manage expense allocations for thousands of syndicate accounts to ensure timely and accurate fund reporting.
• Coordinate with Fund Managers for sign-offs on syndicate receivable balances and with Fund Accounting for cash settlements.
• Perform quarterly accrual reviews of the firm’s share of syndicate expenses in US GAAP.
• Review and set up syndicate accounts for new private equity funds and deals.
• Assist deal teams with vendor setups and invoice processing.
• Review invoice allocations to ensure accurate fund/deal allocations.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and research for vendor, invoice, and syndicate requests.
• Oversee Federal Reserve CER reporting on syndicate receivable balances.
