Qualifications

• 4 years of billing experience (or college degree plus 2.5 years of billing experience) and data entry required; oil and gas industry experience preferred
• High School Diploma required
• Possess intermediate skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Receive and review billing records from field techs ensuring compliance with SMS policies and procedures.
• Review customer contracts/proposals and insure compliance.
• Identify, calculate and input appropriate adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain timely billing and invoice accuracy.
• Perform customer invoicing audits.
• Mentor less experienced billers.
