Job summary

Community Ambulance is seeking a senior administrator to lead the Patient Accounts quality and operations. You will oversee daily quality reporting, guide supervisory staff, and prepare EMS reports and proposals to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.

You will design processes to maximize quality, ensure policy compliance, and drive risk management. A strong focus on coaching, performance, and CMS compliance is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and nine (9) years of prior relevant experience.
• Demonstrates knowledge of English language including grammar and spelling.
• CAC certification (certificate)
• Minimum 2 years as a licensed driver with a clear MVR.
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all quality improvement reporting.
• Provide leadership and direction to supervisory team and staff.
• Prepare reports and proposals for Emergency Medical Services.
• Design, implement and maintain processes to maximize quality of operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance, coaching and training to supervision.
• Manage associate performance by setting standards and providing feedback.
• Monitor and ensure CMS and other laws compliance.
