Qualifications

• Three+ years of billing or finance experience in a professional services setting.
• Experience with legal or professional services billing preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and finalize bills per client requirements and directives.
• Prepare invoices compliant with VAT and regulations.
• Coordinate with revenue and e-billing teams to submit invoices and resolve rejections.
• Review proformas from 3E for billing purposes.
• Protect confidential financial information.
